Holding a PhD in Grafting of Herbaceous Plants, Jack is truly a master of his craft. His business is a propagation nursery of grafted cucumbers, eggplants, capsicums, tomatoes, and watermelons housed in a 5,700 square metre glass house.

Jack’s business decisions are driven by forecasting market demands, managing biosecurity risks, and preventing disease.
